Al Radwa invests in various opportunities such as Gas Service stations and Car Service centers in the EU and UAE. Al Radwa has completed over 30 projects, and is currently in the process of 10 other construction projects. These projects are inspected and reviewed constantly throughout the process to ensure strong foundations and safety protocols. Pre-Construction

With advancements in technology, manufacturing, and business practices, construction projects have become more complex than ever, and successful pre construction planning leads to successful projects. Pre-construction planning has become even more important, as a small miscalculation can cost money and lives.

Construction

Before the start of actual construction and breaking ground, our pre construction managers, estimators and project managers work closely with the client, architect and other key project partners to perform a variety of preconstruction services. Al Radwa will develop a thorough understanding of the project, outline a strategy, and assemble a strong team of trade contractors and suppliers. We then provide construction and post-construction services to ensure major performance.

Chain Management

With more than four decades of experience, we have reached an exceptional level in the field of Chain management. Throughout the years, we have realised the need for good comprehensive management services in the gas station/service station industry. Al Radwa has since then built upon normal business management protocols and practices, and has optimised them for the special needs and requirements needed by the industry. We currently manage more than 30 gas stations for more than 5 large corporations such as TOTAL, ExxonMobil Egypt, TAQA Arabia, Misr Petroleum and CO-OP.
